Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had everything we needed for a one night stay, it was very tidy and had great facilities for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the dining options could be better. The service was top-notch, and the location with the free shuttle bus was convenient for our needs.
The hotel is a mixed bag with various ups and downs. The rooms, though smaller than usual, are surprisingly comfortable for up to three people. The strong smell of cigarette smoke, mixed with air fresheners to mask it, can be overwhelming at times. The location is ideal only for those needing quick access to Haneda Airport, but finding good dining options nearby can be a challenge.
The hotel's rooms were a little bigger than other hotels I stayed in during my stay, with breakfast being quite small, which I understand is standard in Japan but can be a little surprising to the western visitor. The hotel overall is small.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. While the rooms were too small for the price I paid per night, they were pretty tiny, though clean. The service was satisfactory with the amenities available. The location was great for accessing the international terminal easily, although not the most exciting neighborhood. The dining had limited selections, but it was good enough for a quick meal. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, although slightly on the small side, as is common in Japan. The breakfast option with a slight additional cost was comparable to other airport properties I was considering.
My stay at the hotel was surprisingly pleasant. The rooms were clean and larger than expected, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the combination of cigarette smoke and air fresheners used to mask it was a drawback. The location was convenient, being close to Haneda International Airport, but the dining options left much to be desired.
